Practice locations and pick-up will be at Bryan County Community Ed. Center (old RHHS)

Pick-up will be PROMPTLY at 4:00 at the Bryan County Community Ed. Center. Please contact a coach if you will be late or need to find a ride for your child.

Please check the RHMS website often as this is where the practice schedule is posted. If there are any last minute changes, that will be communicated via Remind and Google Classroom.

TEAM FEES: $45, due by 2/11.

Fees will cover: meet entry fees, team equipment, food, & any other items needed for the team.  

Fees will be collected via my payments plus https://www.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome.

UNIFORMS: Jersey tops will be provided, which will be WASHED & RETURNED to Coach Hoeprich at end of the season (by 3/30/26, any jersey not returned will be CHARGED $25 on my payments plus) 

Athletes will need to provide BLACK track shorts (and BLACK pants for colder days) & RHMS Track & Field team shirt from our team store, which will be worn at school on meet days. The team store will also offer other team apparel: https://durdendesign.chipply.com/RHMStrackandfield/  

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any absence from school is considered unexcused, 3 unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the team (OSS is considered an unexcused absence)

A missed meet will be considered 3 absences & MUST be discussed with Coach

If you have an emergency & have to miss a practice or meet PLEASE contact a coach.

ACADEMIC & BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS: Participation in extra-curricular activities is a privilege. As representatives of Richmond Hill Middle, student athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that always meets the highest standards. All students, parents, and coaches understand that the TOP PRIORITY is academic achievement (athletes are students first & may not have an F in more than one class) along with high expectations regarding behavior (parents & athletes please read, sign & return behavior contract to Coach Hoeprich)

Only the athletes competing in meets will travel to the away meets. Everyone will travel to the home meets.
