Team Sports Overview

Welcome to Team Sports. This course is designed for physical activities that involve two or more opposing teams of players who interact directly to achieve an objective, often involving a ball or similar object. Some examples of team sports are: Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball, Floor Hockey and Basketball. The biggest advantage of team sports involves learning to work with others to achieve a common goal.  Team sports requires internal coordination, communication, and problem solving among team members.
