Visual Arts 1:  Introduces art history, art criticism, aesthetic judgment and studio production. Emphasizes the ability to understand and use elements and principles of design through a variety of media, processes and visual resources.

Drawing 1: Explores a variety of drawing techniques and media. Emphasizes development of basic drawing skills and critical analysis .

Drawing 2: Enhances level-one skills in technique and provides further exploration of drawing media. Reinforces basic drawing skills.

Drawing 3 + 4: Enhances level-two (or level-three) skills in techniques and provides further exploration of drawing media with student-chosen focus on subject and material.

Art Club:  I sponsor Art Club which is a free club for ANY student, regardless if they are in an art class or not. We meet on every Friday (unless previously announced) from 2:30-3:30 in my room. The first meeting of the '23-'24 school year will be Friday August 11, 2023. Students can see me at any time for more information.
