Class Overview

Students will use activities, tasks, assignments, note taking, videos, online activities, etc. to engage and learn the content of Advanced Algebra (formally Algebra 2). Students will learn statistics, polynomials, logarithms, trigonometry, and various other mathematical topics to prepare them for their future in high school, college and beyond.

About Mrs. Elkins

I am super excited to teach Advanced Algebra with Support this year. I am blessed to have five children (4 boys and 1 girl), and all of my kids are out of high school with two of them in college. Along with my children I also have 3 grandchildren. The picture to the left is my granddaughter who just turned two this past summer.

I am also the Bass Fishing Coach, and I enjoy hanging out on the lake. I love being a math teacher, and I love getting to know my students and their families. Please reach out if you would like to get to know me more!!

About Mr. DelGrosso

I am excited for the new school year and to meet my new students. I enjoy teaching math and helping students learn the concepts of Algebra. In addition to teaching I also coach wrestling here at the high school. In my free time I love watching sports. I am a huge Steelers and Penn state fan. I also enjoy going to watch our Savannah Bananas in person. I am recently married and my wife and I have a German Shepherd named Chief.
