A day at OJAB

Our normal school day is 8:40-15:05. However, due to COVID19, we currently have variations to our start and end times to promote social distancing. Some children are currently starting at 8:20 - 14:45 and also at 8:30 - 14:55. We have also had to change our timetable to accomodate further intervention for children in the afternoon. This timetable is subject to change/ revert back to our normal timetable.

8:40-08.55 - Registration and Mental Health Wellbeing Session.

8:55-9:35 - Guided Reading

9:35 - 10:15 - Maths (Lesson1)

10.15 - 10.30 - Break

10:30 - 11:00 - Maths (Lesson 2)

11:00 - 11:15 - Assembly

11.15 - 12:15 - English

12.15 - 13.00 Lunch

Before COVID19, our normal lunch break would be for an hour. However, due to the goverment catch up programme we have had to shorten the lunch break to accomodate further afternoon intervention.

13.00 - 13.10 Registration and Mental Health Wellbeing Session.

13.10 - 13:40 Afternoon intervention focussing on Maths and English

13:40 - 14.55 - Foundation subjects (Physical Education, Art, History, Geography, Science, Design and Technology, Computing, Modern Foreign Lanuguages (French), Religious Education and Music)

14:55 - 15:05 - Class Novel
