Pricing
Wholesale pricing for drinkware & BackTap is 50% of MSRP
Wholesale pricing for coolers is 60% of MSRP
Freight
Wholesale partners can maintain freight on their own accounts or opt for the prevailing rates on Brumate’s account. Standard shipping for drinkware is 12% and standard shipping for coolers is 20%.

STEP 1: Does this customer meet the criteria below to be considered a BrüMate wholesale partner? If you answered no on any of these, then it is likely that they will be denied to become a retailer with us.
Requirements:
Does this customer have a physical storefront?
Is the store open and active today or do they plan to open within 2 months?
Does this customer have an active business license/resale certificate?

Is this customer a good fit for the direction we're going as a brand?
Does this customer have a valid email address?
A customer wanting to sell on third-party sites (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc) *Etsy sales are allowed for customized items only, will be denied.
A customer wanting to sell our products in pop-up shops, flea markets, consignment shops, shared market spaces, antique shops, tanning salons, online only gifting, gas stations, truck stops, pawn shops, etc... will be denied.
To prevent FBA Sales, we now require that new accounts send us interior and exterior photos and that must match the google street view of the address listed on their resale certificate. We will be checking Google street view for each account and making sure those match. After that, new accounts must have an active & functioning store website / valid facebook page of the store, customer reviews online of the business (i.e. yelp), to ensure they are real.
STEP 2: If you answered yes to all of the questions above, you can move on to the application process.
All new dealer applications should be submitted through this link or copy https://www.brumate.com/pages/become-a-dealer2 and enter into a new tab on your computer.
Once completed, all applications will automatically be sent to Addie via email.
All applications must include the name of the sales rep working with the customer and the sales agency name.
All applications must include the same email for the customer that will be on their customer profile in our system. If the email submitted in the application process is different that the email on the order, then the order will be delayed.
All applications must include the resale certificate or the application will automatically not be considered.
If the resale certificate wasn't in the original application, the sales rep must reply to the email thread with the certificate. DO NOT SEND SEPARATE EMAILS.
The rep name on the application will receive an approval/denial email from Addie shortly after submitting the application. This will usually take 2-3 hours for the rep to receive an approval/denial email.
STEP 3 IF YOU RECEIVE THE APPROVAL EMAIL:
You may submit orders for that customer if you received an email from Addie saying: This customer is approved to be a dealer with us.
STEP 3 IF YOU RECEIVE THE DENIAL EMAIL:
You cannot submit orders for customers that were denied. The denial email will sound like this: Unfortunately, we are denying this customer's application to be a dealer with us.
It is the responsibility of the sales rep and sales agency assigned to the customer to let them (the customer applying) know they were denied to be a dealer with us.

Please check the ATS or refer to Brandwise for what product is in stock. We do not allow backorders. Anything out of stock will be removed from the order and will not ship. *Brandwise will show the QOH - if there is a QOH, the product is in stock. If the QOH says zero, you cannot add it to the order.
Old Fixtures
One free counter display per store with a $500 minimum order. $30 domestic shipping not included. This must be added to the order to get the display with the order. If it's not added, the customer will not receive the display.
One complimentary floor display per store with a $1,200 minimum order. $125 domestic shipping not included. This must be added to the order to get the display with the order. If it's not added, the customer will not receive the display.
New Fixtures
Accounts wanting the one-sided fixture: $300 purchase (and customer pays $295 freight) - OR - free w/new $1,500 order (customer pays $295 freight)
Accounts wanting the one-sided fixture plus 2nd side attachment: $450 purchase (and customer pays extra $150 freight) - OR - free w/new $2,500 order (customer pays extra $150 freight)
Shipping
Freight is calculated based on the order total and the destination (international vs domestic). We do not offer freight discounts. Standard freight charge for all orders is 12% for drinkware and 20% for coolers.
If the customer would like to use their own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account for shipping, email (dealer@brumate.com) the account number, carrier, and zip code BEFORE placing the order, include it in the application process, and include it in the notes of the order you're submitting for them. We need what carrier they are using (UPS, USPS, FedEx), the account number, and the zip code on the account
Brandwise Play for PC
Notify Addie (addie@brumate.com) that you are using Brandwise Play for PC. She will assign your license and send you back the credentials.
Call Brandwise Support (303-788-9970 Option 1) and ask to have Brandwise Play for PC installed. They will need the credentials Addie sent you in step one.
Brandwise Play for iPad
Notify Addie (addie@brumate.com) that you are using Brandwise Play for iPad. She will assign your license and send you back the credentials.

Accessing this link requires you to create an account with our Brandwise Support Center. You will see a link to create an account on the login screen. Simply provide your email address and create a password of your choosing and you’ll have access to support documentation for anything related to the Play for iPad application as well as all of our other products.

Net Terms: We offer net terms (30 days) to approved accounts. To apply, please send 3-5 credit references to dealer@brumate.com, along with the name of the account that is applying for terms. All references must include emails. Applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days on average. The minimum opening order for new accounts wanting terms is $1200. Net terms invoices may be paid by ACH or check. It cannot be paid with a credit card.
As of 9/9/2022, we are only approving new net30/60 accounts that plan on purchasing $50,000+ a year.
ACH: If a customer wishes to pay with ACH, please send their form to ar@brumate.com to fill out and return to you. ACH is preferred to check. Our ACH form can be found here.
As of 11/1/2022, we are now advising our wholesale partners to purchase products at wholesale, and engrave/print with a local company in their area.

We currently allow reps to buy samples at 50% off WS
To better manage this, we will have discount codes available for them to purchase samples on the DTC site
