Students will develop basic kitchen skills, appropriate safety measures and understanding of the interrelationships among food decision-making, and health and well-being. We value and encourage creative thinking by exploring, collaborating, and most of all trial and error.
We will be having a lot of fun cooking! Yes, we are cooking (and eating) this year!!!! Yeay!
For your 1st day of class you will only need to bring a pen/pencil to write with and a designated folder (for class handouts). We will review our labs in class. Students are expected to create a "Intro to Culinary Arts" Course file on their Google Drive for the semester (I will go over this in class).
