A: Warranty on Demand has a help menu labeled Walk Me Through on the right side of your page which will provide step by step instructions to complete common transactions.
A: The Warranty on Demand claiming system only allows one claim per system code. This means that multiple repairs can be submitted on a single system based on system code. However, repairs from Multiple system cannot be claimed on a single claim.
A: Refer You can view your goodwill budget in Warranty on Demand through the Accounts tab, select All under list views, select the dealer name, then view the Related tab.
A: Refer to Article: How to Submit a Goodwill Request - 140842. Separate classifications for PDI and Crate damage are no longer being utilized. These can be filled as a Unit Claim.
A: Select Unit Claim when starting a new claim. Warranty on Demand will automatically identify the correct policy that applies.
A: Select To request a review of the claim, dealers now have the ability to Appeal a claim directly from the claim in Warranty on Demand. From the claim overview page, click on the Appeal button at the top right hand side of the page. Note this does not apply to Goodwill or preauthorization requests.
A: If the claim is in Draft status, selecting edit will allow for claim changes. If the claim is in Pending Approval Status, no requests can be made through the claiming system and a Warranty Case will be required.
A: Through the Warranty on Demand, click on the labor Rate tab, select the Labor Rate name (by product line), and click on Rate Change Request.
A: Through the Warranty on Demand, click on the labor Rate tab, and select the List View All to display a complete list of your Labor Rates.
A: Please see the Related tab in the claim overview page after submitting a claim and scroll down to the Removed Claim Part(s) section. If there is a box checked for Return Part Request, then the parts have been requested. Dealers can also view this by clicking on their Shipments tab and then by clicking on Parts to be Returned.
A: From the Warranty on Demand home page, you can click on Shipments, then select new and complete the required fields to build Shipment. Note: This does not generate a shipping label from the carrier.

A: Starting February 13, not all Vehicle Identification Numbers (Serial Numbers) will be searchable in BOSSWeb. This applies to VINs with no remaining warranty coverage for over a year. When you use the Serial Number (VIN) search feature in the Knowledge Center, you may run into an error message stating, 'Sorry, no matching result for this VIN.' If you receive this error message and you have validated the VIN, then follow these steps for assistance: 1. Start a Warranty Chat or submit a Warranty Case. 2. If using Chat, select the option Assistance with the new warranty management & registration system. 3. Include the VIN# and what information you are looking for. (Ex: Can you tell me if there are any active warranty campaigns on this vehicle?
