Career and Technical Education

The mission of Career and Technical Education (CTE) is to empower CTE students to successfully transition into post-secondary and career opportunities and become positive, contributing members of society. CTE students in our district gain technical and high-level academic skills, thus equipping them to be lifelong learners.

Brownwood ISD offers five endorsements:

• Business & Industry

• Public Service

• Arts & Humanities

• Multi-Disciplinary

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). 

Within each of the five endorsements, BISD offers over fifteen pathway options (e.g., animal science, welding, education, fine arts, etc.). 

In this way, Brownwood ISD can provide the very best opportunities for our students' future successes!

Admisión a estos programas es basado en interés del estudiante, compleción de los cursos recomendados como prerrequisito, y espacio en clase disponible.
