“Wine down” with us on Friday, May 17th from 6-7:30pm. Join us for a 60 minute nourishing Yin Yoga practice with Hannah, then meet us in the lobby for a glass of wine and an opportunity to catch up with yoga friends. 


Curious about Yin Yoga? Yin is a deeply meditative practice that invites your mind and body into stillness as you hold supported floor based yoga postures for a few minutes at a time.
