About me

I am a 1st and 3rd career educator with 20 years business experience in the field of promotions and marketing.

This is my 11th year teaching mathematics at Brown Deer Middle High School. During my time at Brown Deer, I have taught every high school mathematics course from

Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus.

My involvement in the district also includes Math Coach, Math Interventionist, Curriculum Development, Mentoring and DECA Advisor.

My classroom is a community that promotes student interaction, class and individual projects and technology applications. Students can expect a hands-on, application-style atmosphere with small group interaction and instruction. The environment is highly differentiated, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 instruction.

This year I serve as the K - 12 Mathematics Coordinator and District Data & Assessment Coordinator.

I continue to serve as an advisor for DECA.
