"Xandra" / "Rosario" / a river, its mouths

Sophia Hernández (she/her) is a Chicana Angeleno and a recent graduate from the Theater Arts & Performance Studies undergraduate department at Brown University. She has been blessed to be able participate in a number of shows while at Brown, with her most recent role as Cindy in Sock and Buskin’s production of María Irene Fornés’s Fefu and Her Friends. She is currently working on an independent documentary that deals with the nuances of Texan border life and the intersections of art, politics, and friendship in the lives of two young women of color.
