Mia Gratacos-Atterberry '21 BA


"Carrie" / "Steffany" / a river, its mouths


Mia Gratacos-Atterberry (she/her) is an undergraduate senior at Brown University concentrating in Theatre and Performance Studies and Ethnic Studies. She has worked on numerous student-produced shows at Brown, including The Drowsy Chaperone (Assistant Director), Into the Woods (Assistant Director and Props Designer), and Urinetown: the Musical (Music Director). She also served as the Props Master for the Brown Theatre Department production of The Diary of Anne Frank. Mia has a great love for acting and theatre, and is excited to be a part of the writing is live festival. the river, its mouths is Mia’s “first” show acting again after dealing with some health challenges, and she is unbelievably blessed to be able to share this experience with such a talented and wonderful cast and crew. Post graduation, Mia hopes to continue acting while also attending law school. She would like to specialize in immigration law to be able to provide legal services to people in communities much like her own across the country.
