We are happy to introduce you to the exclusive Reunion planning event packages for your Saturday evening event! Designed to make organizing your Reunion activities a breeze, these comprehensive packages offer an exciting array of menu options and elements to enhance your event experience.
Additionally, please refer to the Enhancement Menu that is available to customize your event -including adding a DJ, photobooth, specialty cocktail, and more! These packages are tailored to meet your specific needs and bring your Reunion vision to life.
The 25th and 50th Reunions are considered "Signature" because they represent momentous milestones in your collective journey since walking through the Van Wickle Gates as you entered the Alumni community. Those commemorating their 25th and 50th Reunions can look forward to exclusive event elements tailored specifically to their Class.
Since the 30th and 55th Reunion classes missed their Signature Reunions during the pandemic, we also look forward to celebrating them this year.
These milestone Reunions offer a unique opportunity to reconnect with cherished old friends, forge new and meaningful relationships, and broaden your network within the Brown community.
Brand new event replacing Field Day! Reunion-goers celebrating their 5th–45th reunions, plus recent grads (Classes of 2022–2025), are invited to ring in the unofficial start of summer with this newest event.
Forge new friendships across the generations and reconnect with former classmates at this outdoor, family-friendly event. Complete with food trucks, a 21+ beer garden, summertime tunes, activities, and a RI Classic—Del’s lemonade—compliments of Bruno.
Friday’s Pre-Campus Dance event is crafted and planned by the Alumni Relations Events team and is offered at a subsidized rate, courtesy of the BAA. Emphasizing a carefully curated experience, our staff ensures every detail is flawlessly executed, prioritizing an exceptional evening for all attendees.
Our expert team takes care of the planning process so the Reunion Activities Committee Members can simply enjoy this memorable event.
For those Classes who will hold their Friday events at the Faculty Club, Hope Club, or University Club, a plated and served meal will be provided, meticulously selected by our team.
For those celebrating their 55th - 70th Reunion, lunch will be a Reunion Community Lunch. Special reserved seating for each class will allow classmates to be together, while having the opportunity to have engaging conversations with alumni from other classes.
We've established a comprehensive communication strategy to keep everyone well-informed and excited about the upcoming Reunion. Over the course of the year, you and your fellow classmates can anticipate receiving a variety of communications through different channels, including over a dozen email messages and social media posts from Brown reunion and communications
Our new BrownConnect+ platform gives the Reunion Activities committees a robust tool to engage their classmates and get them excited for Reunion.
Capturing memories during your Reunion has never been easier, thanks to today's technology. Classes are encouraged to designate a time and place to take class photos, and we'll include it in your official class schedule and registration. Brown reunion staff can assist you by taking the photos on your digital device. This will allow you to share it through BrownConnect+ with your entire class or on your social media platforms.
For Brown's Signature Reunions, like the 25th and 50th, we'll secure a professional photographer to take official class photos. Following Reunion Weekend, attendees will receive a digital copy of the picture.
While the Reunion Activities Committee is working on preparing for their upcoming Reunion, the Brown Annual Fund Reunion Class Gift Committee members serve in various roles to encourage classmates to philanthropic participation. Supporters of the Reunion Class Gift Effort can choose how they want to make an impact by supporting the Brown Annual Fund designation of their choice. Multi-year pledges and Planned Gifts are also included in the Reunion Class Gift total. Reunion Class Gifts will be celebrated over Reunion Weekend.
ALL classes will check in at ONE location under Wriston Quad on both Friday and Saturday. When you arrive at check-in, you will recieve a comprehensive schedule of all activities and services available throughout the weekend, as well as your tickets and nametag. If you have registered for on-campus housing, you will also receive your housing key and swipe card to gain access to your building. Student bellhops will be available at headquarters to assist you and carry your luggage to your assigned room.
Introducing Bruno's Reunion Shop, conveniently located at the Reunion Check-in area, where you can explore a delightful array of Reunion-themed merchandise available for purchase. The shop will be open during regular Reunion check-in hours on both Friday and Saturday.
Establishing the Bruno Shop has led to significant savings for the class treasuries by eliminating the need to purchase customized Class favors. Class leaders are now able to allocate funds from the Class treasury to offset the cost of event tickets - ensuring a more accessible and affordable Reunion experience for everyone.
While we do not handle on-campus housing arrangements ourselves, our partners in Residence Life and Housing are responsible for this process. They have recently implemented an enhanced online reservation system.
This system will allow you and your classmates to select a room of your choice from various available on-campus dormitory locations, allowing alumni across the generations to be housed together. Giving people more options in the dorm location and room selection process means that each dormitory will welcome alumni from every class. Additionally, the pricing structure has been updated and is now based on a per room, per night rate different from previous Reunion years.
