Con-GRA provides full financial support to ensure graduate students can participate regardless of location or financial constraints.

All selected participants receive:

Zone-Based Fellowship Structure:

Conference-Provided Support: All meals (light breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks) are furnished directly by the Saxena Center.

Participant Arrangements: Conference attendees are responsible for booking transportation to Providence (all zones) and accommodation for two nights (Zones 2, 3, and 4). Fellowship disbursements are processed following the conference completion, independent of actual expenditures incurred.

Zone Assignment Methodology: Geographic fellowship zones are systematically determined based on institutional location coordinates using the U.S. Department of Education's Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

For more fellowship details, consult the supplementary documentation provided below.

This fellowship program is made possible through the generous institutional support of the Saxena Center for Contemporary South Asia at Brown University.
