Our Mission
Brown Staff Christian Fellowship is a caring community, passionate about connecting people to Jesus Christ.
Our Vision
Our vision is to activate Brown staff who are members of the body of Christ so that our light grows and draws attention of students, colleagues, and administration. We are committed to joyful and faithful prayer for each other and for the greater needs on campus. We consistently invite others into our community and intentionally create comfortable spaces for them to encounter Jesus, bearing fruit in regular conversion of new believers and multiplication of small groups across campus. Common workplace challenges are changed because we are present as peacemakers and encouragers. We know we are at our best when the University calls on us in times of great need and we, by the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit, rise together to serve the campus and to give God the glory.
Our Meetings
Our meetings are monthly on Fridays from 12-1 PM via Zoom.
Meetings are informal, comfortable, and inviting. All participants are welcome to come and go as their schedule permits. The meeting leader will guide the group discussion, share a lesson or scripture with the group, ask for prayer requests, and close the meeting in prayer. It is a time to get to know one another, to share how God is working in your life, share testimonies and ask for guidance. All are welcome to the meetings. We have Christians and non-Christians from all sorts of faith traditions (Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, non-denominational, etc..).
