Lodging:
Attendees visiting from outside of Eldoret will be staying at the Boma Hotel, Eldoret. Key information about the Boma Hotel can be found at this link. For those staying at Boma, dinner, bed, and breakfast will be provided throughout your stay. Transportation will be provided to and from the workshop at Eka for those lodging at the Boma. Check-in time: Noon. Airport Taxi: Participants arriving at Eldoret Airport should arrange their own transport. Taxi charges from Eldoret airport to the Boma Hotel range from Ksh 1500 to Ksh 3000, depending on the taxi company. The ride is about 30 minutes. Transport to and from the Noble Hotel to the EKA hotel will be provided daily. For those travelling to Eldoret, please fill ot this form with your travel details as soon as possible.Conference Venue:EKA Hotel, Eldoret. Key information about the EKA Hotel can be found at this link. Conference Schedule Registration begins at 8:00 am on 14 July. The workshop runs from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm each day. 10 O'clock tea, lunch, and 4 o'clock tea will be provided at the EKA hotel throughout the workshop.
