Step 1.
Download Lychee Slicer off of Mango or click on this link to download: https://mango-lychee.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/LycheeSlicer-5.4.3.dmg
While downloading, export your STL file and ensure measurements are in millimeters.
Step 2.
Open and select resin printer and select Mars 4 Ultra ⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎
Step 3.
Set up the profile for the resin used in the printer by clicking on resin at the top ⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎
Step 4.
After you have completed setting up the profile it will take you to the build plate screen. Click Add Files and add in the STL of your design.
Step 5.
Click the part and click Magic and select Auto Orientation and Light Support Presets. And then select I'm Feeling Lucky.
Step 6.
Go to Prepare at the top and click Search Selected under the Supports tab under the Islands tab. If there are any islands detected click Add support to all islands.
Step 7.
For bigger prints, hollow them out by going to the Hollowing tab. Make sure the pentration depth is wider than the walls. selecting Hollowing 2D, and turning hollowing on. If you are hollowing it out, click on the Holes Tab and select where you want the holes to be on your print. Add at least 4 holes to the print by clicking the places you want the holes to be.
Step 8.
Go to Export and on Anti-aliasing, click on Sharpen Details and select 2 or 4. Then select Export Slices to File. After 20 seconds of watching an Ad click continue in the bottom right corner.
Step 9.
Insert the USB into your computer from the resin printer and name the file and save it to the USB.
Step 10.
Take the USB and plug it into the resin printer. Then click print-USB file and then find the file you want to print. Then click print. ⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎⬇︎
Step 11.
After the print is completed, put on gloves and a respirator if there is one present. Using the yellow scrapers, wipe off excess resin on the top of the build plate, then loosen the hand nut on top of the build plate and remove the build plate and take it to the back resin washing area.
Step 12.
Set the build plate on a piece of cardboard and scrape off your print. Take the cover off of the Wash and Cure and take off the microwave plate if it is on the platform and place the bucket of IPA on the platform.
Step 13.
Take off the lid to the IPA and drop your printed part into the basket that is inside the IPA. Put the lid back on to the IPA container.
Step 14.
Make sure that the Wash and Cure is on the wash setting and wash it for a minimum of 6 minutes. When it is done it will make a beeping noise.
Step 15.
Take your part out of the solution and set it on the paper towels. Try to dry off as much as possible of the IPA and break the supports off the print, throwing them away.
Step 16
Put the lid back on the IPA and set it on the floor.
Step 17.
Take the microwave tray and put it back on the platform and fold the top of the light down.
Step 18.
Then place your part on the tray and put the lid over it all.
Step 19.
Set it to cure and set it to at least 10 minutes. When it is done it will make a beeping noise.
Step 20.
Remove the lid and now you have a cured part. Good job.
