At Brophy, upperclassmen play a crucial role in mentoring freshmen through this intense game, helping them grow as engineers by teaching the basics of the engineering design process. From brainstorming strategies to prototyping and testing their robots, the older students guide the freshmen in developing the skills and confidence needed to excel in "High Stakes", fostering a strong foundation in engineering and strategic thinking.
