A Look at The BEACH

Here’s a glimpse at our current homepage for the BEACH. This offers a one-stop shop to launch your email, calendar, and Google Drive; all using your Broomfield login. You’ll also have quick links to get to frequently used sites like BORIS, Innoprise, and Phoenix. The News Feed will give you City-wide news and updates, while My Stream will give you a customized News Feed to the items in your Dept/Division and things you’re interested in getting updates on. The best part? This will be available on-the-go in a mobile app!

Our team’s guiding goals have been to focus on user-experience, employee engagement and collaboration. Not necessarily department by department to continue the organization’s efforts around collaboration and breaking down silos. So, we are organizing the site by most popular user-experiences, instead of by departments.
