Employer Matching

Thank you for supporting Brookvale PTA! Your donation may also qualify for your employer’s matching program so please check if your employer has a matching program. In the past we have received matching donations via Benevity from various companies like Google, Apple, Yahoo, Facebook, Kaiser, Gap, WD, Intel, Visa, Salesforce etc. and those listed below.

There are two ways to obtain employer matching:

1) Submit donation below and submit your emailed donation receipt via Benevity

or

2) Donate directly through your employer’s Benevity portal and your donation and the employer matched funds will be routed to PTA

Our EIN (tax ID) is 94-2931862.
