My Teaching Philosophy
I have been teaching in Brooklyn since 2020. Every year brings new opportunities, growth and successes. My teaching philosophy is guided by the belief that every child can and will succeed. I believe that through the classroom environment we create together, we can work together to reach new goals, push each other, and encourage one another to be the very best person they can be. Academically, socially, and emotionally I encourage each child to be aware of themselves and others in a healthy way. I also encourage them to see that mistakes are proof of effort and that they are part of the learning process. By the end of the year, I hope your child feels included, seen, safe, and motivated to continue their life-long journey.

Growth Mindset
Growth mindset is a term we will be using all year. It is the belief that even though you cannot do something right now, you work at the challenge and continue trying to reach a new goal. It's the idea that you can't do something YET!
