Students are learning how to transform points, lines, and figures in a coordinate plane using translations, rotations, and reflections. They are identifying congruent objects, created using rigid transformations. We are exploring angle properties created when parallel lines are intersected with a transversal, and proving why a triangle will always have 180 degrees.
