Parent/Teacher Conferences
Dear Brooklin School Families:
Despite the snow on the ground, spring will be coming soon! March also brings the end of the
second trimester and our spring parent/teacher conferences. Conferences will be held on
Thursday, March 12th from 12:20-6:00.
Conferences are scheduled for twenty minutes with your child’s homeroom teacher. New this
spring, we are trying an online sign up via SignUpGenius. You can choose your conference
time and get a reminder email two days in advance at https://bit.ly/BrooklinConferences. If
you would prefer not to sign up online or experience technical difficulties, please call the office
at 359-2133 and we can schedule a conference for you.
Mr. Chris [PE], Ms. Hilary [Art], and Ms. Porter [SEL] are not available on the 12th. If you
would like to meet with them, please contact the office and we will schedule a meeting on a
different date.
If the teacher you would like to meet with does not have any available slots or you are unable to
meet at the available times, please contact the office and we will work to find an alternative date
and time for you to meet.
The 2nd trimester ends on March 12th and your child’s report card will be sent home on our
around March 25th. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you to discuss your child’s
progress.
