If you need to complete your application form for CCP next year, please watch for an email from Sarah Eisnaugle from YSU. She will be contacting you to schedule a time to complete your application and your Aleks testing for Math. Remember, the Math testing is mandatory unless you have a 27 Math sub-score on the ACT.

If you are interested in Eastern Gateway, or Kent State Trumbull, please complete your application online.
