Your room should be empty, clean & tidy (including all cupboards), and doors and windows should be locked. Failure to do this may result in you receiving charges or fines for additional cleaning.
You must leave your mattress protector on the bed as found it and not to take it or place in the bin.
Your kitchen should be clean & tidy, including your fridge/freezer which should be clean, empty and defrosted. ALL rubbish & recycling should be taken out.
You should change your address with all companies (banks, phone provider etc), particularly doctors surgeries . We are unable to re-direct your mail.
Report any remaining maintenance issues via brookes.ac.uk/reportmaintenance (you will not be fined for maintenance reports! Unless they are as a result of malicious damage).
If you have a bicycle on site, you must take this with you. You are not able to store your bicycle on site after your contract has ended. During the summer period, the site will be cleared, this includes any remaining bicycles. These will be cut off and donated to charity.
You must hand your key to the Hall Office by 10.00am on the last day of your contract. If you don't return your key, you are likely to receive a fine for the key or lock replacement.
