For your Information...

• Your room will be inspected once you have handed in your keys. If your room is not left in a satisfactory condition, you may be charged for the cleaning of your room. 

• If any breaches of the student conduct procedures or hall rules are discovered upon your departure, you may be liable for fines.

• If you don't return your metal key, you are likely to be charged £180 for a lock change. 

• Any bicycles left towards the end of the summer period will be removed and donated to charity, so please do make sure you take your bicycle with you. 

• We will endeavour to contact you should we discover that you have left something behind. After this, we are only able to keep the items for 4 weeks. After this time, the items will be donated to charity.

• We hope that we won't need to charge you for any damages or missing items but in the event that we do discover damages or missing items, you may be liable for charges. 

Advice...

• Why not consider creating a cleaning rota with your flatmates. You may all leave at different times so coming up with a rota might help you to ensure all of the cleaning gets done and that you all do your fair share!
