OUR EVENTS
Across the initial 12-month period of the network, DPRIN hosted 4 workshops and a larger launch event. These brought together a wide range of stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities in the digital regulatory space.
PROJECTS and WORKING GROUPS
Since its Discovery phase in 2024, DPRIN has delivered on three important fronts. From November 2024 to January 2026, it ran a series of workshops, engaging stakeholders across government, regulators, industry and academia on assurance issues in online product safety. In collaboration with CTSI (the Chartered Trading Standards Institute), it created and led a training programme on the assurance of safe online sales. Finally, by working with the Age Verification Providers Association, it prototyped a proof of concept for the use of digital wallets as a modern and affordable technology in enabling online verification. These demonstrate not only the depth of possible outcomes, but also the unique role the network is playing in facilitating projects and collaborations within this ecosystem.
