Graduation Ceremony Seating: Please complete the Graduation Seating Request Form. Responses are due by Friday, May 1st. Your graduate will receive their family's seat assignment at the rehearsal on Thursday, June 18th. Each graduate will be allowed up to six reserved guest seats (fewer in the case of rain). There are usually plenty of extra, non-reserved seats available for additional guests on the front lawn. Should you have any questions, please email bxvgradseating26@gmail.com.
Senior Class Video: We are now collecting photos for the 2026 Senior Video. The video will highlight moments from Kindergarten to 12th grade and is shown to the class on graduation day between the group photo and the ceremony. To ensure that all graduating seniors are represented, we are asking every student to contribute. What to submit: Please upload 5 photos featuring school-related memories from K-12. Suggestions include favorite school trips, classroom activities, performances, sports, dances, field days, etc. How to upload: Access the shared Google Drive using this link. Please create a subfolder labeled with your child's first and last name. Upload and save 5 photos to your folder. Please email 2026bxvvideo@gmail.com with any questions. Submission deadline: Sunday, May 17th.

Senior Week Trip: Senior Week events will take place from May 19th–22nd. We are excited to kick off the week on Tuesday, May 19th with a trip to Boundless Adventures in Purchase, NY. Please register and pay $60 in Family ID by Friday, May 1st.
Junior/Senior Prom: Please read Dr. Loverso's letter with details on 2026 Junior/Senior Prom which will take place on Friday, May 15th. The prom permission slip is in Family ID. Students may purchase prom tickets in the Atrium on April 30th and May 1st during the lunch period.

This year prom will be held at Lyndhurst Castle in Tarrytown, NY. The Promenade begins at 5:45pm on the front lawn of the school. A parent must check their child in at 5:45pm. Students take coach buses from school to the Lyndhurst Mansion and back.

Senior Shadowing Program
Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, June 11
Following AP exams and Senior Week, seniors will take the time during the school day to shadow an adult that works in a field of interest to them. Students will shadow for a total of 40 hours for the 13 days of Senior Shadowing. Dr. Loverso to give further information regarding Senior Shadowing.
Senior Awards Ceremony

Location: Auditorium
Academic and athletic awards as well as local, state and national awards are presented to seniors and students in other grades. Parents of awardees will be notified via email in advance.
Senior Week will be held Monday, May 18th through Friday, May 22nd
The week is a mix of class bonding, community service, speakers, educational lectures, and demonstrations designed to help the students prepare for adult life beyond Bronxville. Your child will have required school activities all week and attendance is taken daily.

Baccalaureate is a celebration of the artistic talents of members of the senior class.
Performances will be held in the school auditorium followed by an exhibition of visual art by many talented seniors.
All members of the senior class are required to attend. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend, particularly those of student artists who are performing or exhibiting. A reception with refreshments will follow the event.

The High School principal will email a Baccalaureate Interest Form to the seniors.

Rehearsal is mandatory for all seniors.
Graduation: Saturday, June 20th at 6:30pm
Seniors should report to the auditorium at 5:00pm to get their flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres provided by the PTA). The class photo will be taken on the front steps by 5:45 PM.
We will then head to the Auditorium to watch the senior video and line-up for the procession.
Graduation will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
The Post-Graduation Family Dinner will be held at Siwanoy Country Club, immediately following the ceremony.

Graduation Portraits: Christopher Pope will be taking graduation portraits of graduates and families prior to the ceremony. More details to come. Please note that we will have another professional photographer (Gary Stellaro of GVH) at the ceremony who will take pictures of each graduate as they receive their diplomas. A link to access these photos will be sent after graduation.
Post-Graduation Family Dinner at Siwanoy Country Club: Tickets can be purchased on Membership Toolkit (click HERE to set up an account if you don't already have one). RSVPs and payments will be accepted on a first-come, first-reserved basis beginning at 7am on Monday, April 13. Families are permitted to reserve up to 12 seats.
