March 13 - Bond Passage

April - November Plan and design projects for State Review

• June: Phase 1 - (Chambers Field & Track, Flood Mitigation Pumps, Elementary School Playground, Playroom Ceiling tiles) - Submitted for Review
• November: Phase 2 - (All other Bond projects)

July

• Phase 1 Projects Review Complete

August

• Preparation of Bid Specs for Phase 1 Projects
• Elementary School Playground Complete (Opening Ceremony Oct. 10)

September

• Advertise and Award Bids for Phase 1 Projects
• Issue Purchase Order for Flood Mitigation Pumps
• Develop Request For Proposals for Construction Management services
• Interview and approve contract for CM services (Sept. BOE meeting - Completed Approved Savin Construction)

October Begin Chambers Field & Track Replacement (Est. to begin first week of Nov.)

November

• Complete and Submit design plans & construction documents for Phase 2 projects for state review (will use third party review to expedite approval process)
• Complete Installation of Flood Mitigation Pumps * UPDATED (Will be installed Spring 2019)

December

• Complete playroom ceiling tile replacement (Bids Received - on schedule to be completed during winter break)

2019

January

• Elementary School Playroom Ceilings tiles - COMPLETED
• Chambers Field & Track - Work is ongoing - see schedule below
• Flood Pumps - Installed

Completed Tasks: (as of Jan. 12)

1. Construction Fencing installed securing the site

2. Demolition of draining systems to be replaced

3. Removal of track surface

4. Demolition of batting cage

5. Removal of large ash tree on southeast end of track

6. Replacement of Fencing along Willow Avenue side of track

· Re-grading of subsurface gravel

· Delivery of padding, turf & infill

· Scoreboard installation

March 2019- All Complete

· Installation of padding, turf & infill

· Installation of running track

· Installation of removable netting

April 2019

· Installation of padding, turf & infill - Complete

· Installation of running track - Final Stages will be complete by end of June

· Installation of removable netting - Complete

· Delivery of field equipment- Complete

· Landscaping & paving - Complete

Additional Flood mitigation pumps - installed - Complete

April 2019

- Bids received - ** Note GC Bids higher than anticipated and were rebid

May 2019

- Bids received - Bids were awarded at the May 21st BOE meeting a list outlining scope of work (including reduction of work) will be sent out to the community

June 2019

- Library Project - Begins June 10th - Scheduled for completion end of September

- Chambers Field and Track project - Completed - opened August 2019

- Flood Pumps Completed and operational

July - August

• Phase 2 Construction started beginning projects include:
  • Storm Drain on Meadow Ave. (to help alleviate flooding)
  • Cafeteria expansion
  • Third FLoor Learning commons
