Start your day with a hot or iced drink on your way to work. our weekday barista gets up at 4am to make sure our local early birds can have a hot coffee to keep them up on their drive to work or home. Its a little quiet and she gets bored so she'll draw you in with quick service and a short friendly chat.

In the Hotel we use Nat's Sammys Blend coffee beans. This is a bold coffee with a balanced flavour that really cuts through the milk! The Sammy's secret blend has won a silver medal at the Golden Bean Award 2014.
