Steps to Register:

2) Send Certificate of Insurance (email or traditional mail)

3) Confirm Registration with Payment. Teams will have 7 business days for payment to be received. After 7 days, they may be moved to a waitlist status (first come-first served).

Competition Level:
Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and competitive tournament for all participants. The Tournament Coordinator may request background information from any team upon registration, and reserves the right to deny participation to any team not that does not meet a standard of play similar to existing registered teams.
Weather:
3 Game minimum, weather permitting.
In the case of a total rain out a 70% refund will issued.
20% if one game is played; no refund if two or more games are played.
*Monday is reserved as a rain date. Teams that choose not to participate will not receive a refund.
Refunds:
Teams that withdraw within 21 days of the tournament will not receive a refund. Withdrawals more than 21 days in advance are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
