Backstage Help
Due to the size of this production, the students and staff need a great deal of help from you as parents. If you are able to help with makeup or assist backstage, it would be greatly appreciated. A sign-up genius will be emailed on Saturday, March 13th at 8:30AM.

Parents who sign up to help with make up prior to a performance or to assist backstage with your child's class will receive 2 complimentary tickets for the performance of your choice. Your name will be on a "comp list" at the box office. You will need to purchase tickets in person or over the phone to reserve these seats. Please advise the box office of your comp tickets prior to picking your seats.

Room Mom- (for each grade level) remains backstage with students throughout the entire performance, helps students change costumes & shoes, and gets students back to stage
Boy Mom/Dad- remains backstage with male students throughout the entire performance, helps students change costumes & shoes, and gets students back to stage
Makeup Helper- arrives early to the Washington Pavillion to help students apply makeup prior to show, and does not remain backstage for the actual performance
Headsets- responsible for calling classes to stage during performance
