Employees are provided access to information necessary for their assigned work. Administrative and owner-level users may have broader access for legitimate operational, personnel-management, and reporting purposes.
Two14 Security uses technical access controls designed to limit access to information based on authorized roles.
Two14 Security may use third-party technology providers to operate portions of the App and its supporting infrastructure.
For example, the App currently uses Supabase for certain database, authentication, storage, and backend functions. Information submitted through the App may therefore be processed or stored using infrastructure operated by service providers acting on behalf of Two14 Security.

Submitting an employment inquiry does not guarantee employment, an interview, or further consideration.
Employment materials should not include highly sensitive information that Two14 Security has not specifically requested, such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Employee After Action Reports and Incident Reports are intended for legitimate business, operational, documentation, and security purposes.
Employees should provide factual, work-related information and should avoid including unnecessary personal, medical, financial, or other sensitive information.
Operational reports may be retained as part of Two14 Security's business records when appropriate.
Two14 Security may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining operational and business records, reviewing employment inquiries, maintaining security documentation, resolving disputes, and satisfying applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
Two14 Security uses administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the App, including authentication and role-based access controls for restricted portions of the application.
However, no electronic transmission, application, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Two14 Security therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.
Individuals may contact Two14 Security regarding questions or requests concerning personal information they have submitted through the App.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, requests may include questions concerning access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
