WCP Nomination Process

The document linked below defines the process followed to nominate athletes to UK Sport for Athlete Performance Awards (APAs).  

The timeline for November 2023's processes relating to the Rowing Olympic World Class Programme nominations will be:

• STAGE 1: Following the November Trial - a list of those who have triggered consideration for inclusion on the World Class Programme will be published here

• 14 November 2023 - the Nomination Group will meet to discuss those who have triggered consideration for inclusion on the World Class Programme and decide on the athletes to be nominated

• STAGE 2: Before 30 November 2023 - the outcome of the Nomination Group's discussions will be communicated to athletes individually

• The new APA year will begin on 1 December 2023.
