The Gantt Chart action plan was made using a Gantt Chart template I found online that would automatically change colours based on percentages, and I filled it in right at the start of the project. It turned out to not be very easy to update as I went along and as made quite a lot of changes to my plan, especially in the visuals section, the categories were made redundant and it ended up looking quite messy. The formatting also looks kind of weird when embedded on this site. I then started using the todo-list structure on the other spreadsheet, where I evaluated where I was at every week or two and outlined what I needed to do, then used that to manage the project for the last couple of months.
