Grant Requirements and Guidelines:

1) The proposed activity must support educational enrichment and funding should be for activities that go above and beyond the scope of the current curriculum.

2) Grant money cannot be used to pay for salaries, transportation costs, books, food, t-shirts or any items that would typically be paid for by the district budget.

3) All grants must have the prior approval of a building Foundation representative and administrator.

4) A few digital pictures and/or video as well as short write-up must be submitted once the activity has taken place so we can use this to help promote the Foundation in the future. The pictures/video can be taken using something as simple as a cell phone and the write-up could be as a short few sentences explaining what is happening.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ANY STUDENTS THAT ARE IN THESE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DO NOT HAVE A MEDIA OPT-OUT FORM IN THEIR FILE.

If you are awarded funding towards your grant, you will have until December (two years later) to use your funds.
