Sarah Holmes - Program Director/ WB Site Coordinator

Hi families! I began at the West Bristol FRC in 2015 as a Lead Parent Educator after being involved in the early child development field for 12 years. In 2021, I became the Bristol FRC’s Program Director after completing my master's degree in Social Work at UCONN. My passion is working with children and families to expand their support systems to help improve overall well-being. 

In my personal life, I am a parent of 2 boys (one 3rd grader, one 10th grade stepson), along with one dog and several chickens! I also enjoy baking, gardening, and exploring new health/wellness practices to incorporate at home and work! I look forward to meeting new families and reconnecting with our returning families.

Hilary Kalahan - Parent Educator

Hi! My name is Hilary Kalahan. I am the Parent Educator for West Bristol School. I have been with the FRC since March 2004, and I have loved every moment of it! I know things have been challenging and maybe even a little scary this past year, but the FRC has your back! I am looking forward to an amazing school year. Remember we are stronger together!

Here is a little about me personally. I have lived in Bristol for 39 years. I was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I have been married for 21 years, and have 3 grown children. I also have one dog. My hobbies include, reading, hiking, and going to concerts. I hoped that helped you to learn a little about me. I can’t wait to learn, and connect with you and your family!

Tiana Brown - Child/ Family Advocate

Greetings everyone! My name is Tiana Brown, and I am West Bristol FRC's Child & Family Advocate. I have a background in Human Services, and work as a substitute teacher in Watertown and a medical reconciliation technician at St. Mary's Hospital. I have 2 daughters. One is a 5th grader at West Bristol, the other is 20. I love being outdoors, walking, hiking, jump roping (I'm very competitive!), and spending time with my loved ones. I enjoy working with children and their families. I am very excited about what the future has in store!
