Founder Expertise

Brinix Holdings is guided by a founder with a strong foundation in organizational management, human resources, leadership, training, business operations, and practical AI readiness.

A two-time graduate of Wilmington University, our founder holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. She has also completed AI-focused professional certifications that support her work in helping business leaders understand responsible AI use, workplace readiness, and practical adoption.

Her professional background includes nearly a decade of experience in large-scale corporate human resources, leadership support, training and development, process improvement, documentation, and operational clarity.

This foundation shapes the Brinix approach to professional services and training: practical, structured, people-aware, and designed for organizations that need clearer systems, stronger documentation, and more intentional ways to use both human judgment and modern tools.
