Hi, I’m Sierra Kearse—founder and owner of BrightStay Solutions, a woman-owned cleaning business proudly serving homes, rentals, and small businesses across Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.

I started BrightStay Solutions with a simple goal: to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning with a personal touch. Too often, people don’t know who’s showing up at their door or what kind of job they’ll get. I wanted to change that by offering dependable service where trust, attention to detail, and reliability come first.

With a background in clinical psychology, I understand how much our surroundings affect our peace of mind. Clean, organized spaces make us feel calmer, more focused, and more at ease—and I love being able to bring that feeling into my clients’ homes and businesses.

Before launching BrightStay, I worked in customer service and also ran a small baking business, so I know firsthand the importance of presentation, consistency, and great communication. Whether I’m deep cleaning a family home or prepping a short-term rental for the next guest, I put care into every detail—because that’s what I’d want in my own space.
