To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to meet the following physical standards:
Safety & Crisis Response: Ability to perform sprinting and quick pivoting motions to respond to client elopement (running) and ensure safety.
Lifting & Mobility: Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Static Postures: Capability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and standing, including extended time working at a computer.
Dynamic Movement: Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and transitioning between different physical positions throughout the day.
Stamina: Ability to sustain high levels of energy and focus during continuous client appointments lasting a minimum of 3 hours.
