Hi - My name is Kelly and as a professional event planner and dog lover, I always wanted to do something for a local animal shelter. In my own small way, I wanted to help these wonderful animals get into loving homes and help the ANGELS who care for them get the supplies they need to do their jobs.

The inspiration behind this is our own pup. Bella. My husband and I adopted her from a local shelter in 2009. The poor girl was scared, had a terrible skin infection and had many signs of abuse. Over the next 12 years, she grew into our lovable, goofy, trouble-making, food-obsessed Bellaboo. Our event logo includes her treat dispensing soccer ball, which was her absolute favorite toy. 

I turned 50 in 2021 and my business turned 15, so we took the opportunity to finally plan an event for SAMS Stray Animal Midway Shelter. Unfortunately, our Bella crossed the rainbow bridge before the big event. So, in 2022 we decided to name the fundraiser in her memory.
