4. Intellectual property. Our name, logos, site content, and materials are owned by BrightBreak. No use without permission.

5. Disclaimers & liability. Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify BrightBreak against claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing law & venue. California law (without regard to conflicts rules). Venue: Santa Clara County, CA.
