1-1 Buddy Service - 

This service is a personalised support session where individuals with learning disabilities are paired with a trained support worker to provide tailored assistance, guidance, and companionship. this service aims to offer individualised support to help navigate various aspects of their life, such as education, employment, social interactions and daily activities. 

The buddy will work closely with the individual to understand their strengths, challenges, and goals, and then collaborate with them to develop a session centred around them. this may involve helping with organisation, time management, communication skills, or providing emotional support during difficult times. The buddy also acts as a friend, helping the individual build confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging within their community. 

The 1-1 buddy service is flexible and adaptable, allowing for ongoing support as the individuals needs change over time. it provides a valuable opportunity for personalised growth and development, empowering the individual to achieve their full potential.

Social Group Outings

At our social group outings, we create a vibrant and welcoming space where individuals can gather to connect, engage in leisure activities, and forge meaningful friendships.
