Mission for the Project: To connect our scholars with their local economy and business community to build and maintain a relationship between the school and local business owners.
During the 2021-2022 school year, Brigantine Community School in coordination with our local chamber of commerce launched the Mister Rogers' Project. During this project, our scholars worked with various business owners on technology-based projects in a real-world environment. Scholars learned about the local economy, branding, marketing, and promoting businesses on social media. This experience allowed our scholars to visit businesses in their community and help support the local economy.
We are excited to continue this project through the 2023-2024 academic year.
