My name is Julio Sandoval, I'm from Valencia, Venezuela. Graduated at Universidad De Carabobo with a Degree of Education Majoring in English as a Foreign Language in 2009, I have taught in Venezuela, Ecuador, The UK and now here in the USA. This is my 4th.
