About me

I'm a native of Beaufort; graduated from Battery Creek High School. I received my B.S in Mathematics Education from Claflin University. I have been teaching for ten years and each year has challenged me to learn something different. Math is life; passion is exemplified in drive for my students to build conceptual understanding to the classroom. As the Mathematic Interventionist, I am a part of the Fantastic 5 Mathematics Team which includes the best mathematic teachers in South Carolina!! They inspire me to continue to learn as a professional so that we work together to meet the diverse needs of our student population at Bridges Preparatory Middle School.
