At Thryve, your satisfaction is our priority. Most items, except for Sets and Collections, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Some products may have different return windows—please check the product page for details. To initiate a return, please visit our Customer Return Google Forms. You can choose from available return methods, including shipping, drop-off, or pickup, where offered. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to a Thryve error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund.
All Thryve products come with a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please visit our Customer Return Google Form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and if approved, Thryve will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable. Thryve covers shipping costs for approved warranty returns, and customers may be asked to return defective items before a replacement or refund is issued.
