Kindergarten Cohort 2 has been enjoying dinosaur week! Students have been enjoying dinosaur read-alouds, hands-on projects, and play-based experiences. Later this week, students will be collaboratively working with fifth grade students to conduct research on their favorite dinosaur. We will send photos after! Have a great day.
Kindergarteners in Ms. Lemon & Ms. Hansen’s class worked collaboratively with fifth graders in Mr. Lib & Ms. Ozsu’s class to complete a dinosaur research project!
Kindergarteners in Cohort 2 and students in Ms. Grass’ class took on the roles of “paleontologists” as they excavated a dinosaur skeleton from an egg! Ms. Grass’ students helped set up the activity and acted as “teaching assistants” to model how to use a chisel and fine-motor skills to retrieve the dinosaur.
Please remember to bring your sneakers for physical education class!!!

Make a difference in the Bridgehampton School Community.
Join the Bridgehampton School PTO today!
The Bridgehampton Parent Teacher Organization organizes special events for our school and assists those in need in our community. Membership dues and fundraisers benefit all Bridgehampton School students from Pre K through 12th grade. The PTO plans and hosts events like the Scholastic Book Fair, school pictures, Teacher Appreciation Breakfast and all-school BBQs that bring together students, parents and teachers for a communal meal. We enrich the school experience for students by providing scholarships, treats, entertainment, books and prizes.
PTO meetings are a great way to get to know other parents and teachers while working together to make a positive impact. Get involved today by contributing your ideas, talents, and time to help the PTO continue to enhance the Bridgehampton School community.
Suggested donation: $20 for the year, but any amount is appreciated!
