Welcome To Our 2nd Grade Museum!!!
Egg dying festivities! Students from Mrs. Grass' class measured the ingredients to create the colored dyes and then assisted the kindergarteners in Cohort 2 with following the steps to dye their eggs. The students had so much fun partaking in this spring time tradition together!
Third Grade scientists in Mrs. Federico, Mr. Byrne, & Ms. McArdle's class recently completed their study on Adaptations and Survival by creating research projects. Students chose a habitat, identified animals that live in that habitat and their unique adaptations that help them survive. Students then explored creative ways to put the information they learned into a Google Slides presentation!
Thank You Mr. Meyers For Setting Up An Elementary Virtual Assembly With The New York Islanders!!!
Kindergarteners in Cohort 2 have been working hard to learn their snap words! Today during phonics, students went on a “Snap Word Scavenger Hunt” in the hallway. As they found each snap word, they checked it off of their list. If a student could not find one of the words, they helped each other to find them. They are snap word gurus in kindergarten!
Our Students Thanking Ms. Flanagan For All Of Her Hard Work To Keep Us All Safe!!!
The students made cards to thank Ms. Flanagan.
Please remember to bring your sneakers for physical education class!!!
